Where do I start?
Shopping on the internet is the same as shopping anywhere else, but without the walking! You look around our shop, put items you want into your Shopping Basket and then pay for them - we are committed to the safety of your personal information.

How do I look around your shop?
We have put our products into separate Categories to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Simply click on any of these Categories to view our Products. Some Categories have Sub-Categories, again to make finding what you want easier.
Where is my Shopping Basket?
Good question! Our Shopping Basket is not the same as a real one but it does the same job. When you add items to your Shopping Basket, we remember which items they are so that when you are ready to pay for your order, we then display all the items you have chosen.
Like a real Shopping Basket, you can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake.
How do I put an item in my Shopping Basket?
Next to every product we have, you will see an button. If you want a particular item, simply click on this button and the item will be automatically put into your Shopping Basket.
I've chosen what I want, what next?
On every page in our shop, you will see a 'Checkout' link. When you are ready to complete your order, click on the 'Checkout' link - this will take you into our Checkout page.
You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your Shopping Basket, and we will ask you where you want your order to be delivered to.
At any time you can come back out of our 'Checkout' page and go back into our shopping pages, or save your Shopping Basket so that you can pay for it later.
You will be asked to type in your name and address, and we will also ask you where you heard about us. There is also a box to type in comments and suggestions - we always welcome ideas!
How do I pay for my order?
The final part of our 'Checkout' page, after you have typed in your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order.
There are 4 ways in which you can pay for your Order:
Pay by Credit / Debit Card Online - using RBS WorldPay;
Pay via Cheque / Postal Order
Pay via Telephone;
PayPal - we also accept PayPal payments
These choices offer you a safe and convenient means of paying for your order.

Are my credit card details safe?
Yes they are. We do not share your personal information with anyone else, ever! Because we use RBS Worldpay and PayPal to process our customers' online payments, we never see your credit card details.
When is my order going to be delivered?
We will email you every time the status of your order changes. When you first place an order you will receive an email from us thanking you for your order! You will then receive further emails from us to tell you when we are processing your order, and finally to tell you that your order has been posted.
At any stage you are welcome to contact us and ask for an update on your order.

How long does delivery take?
Most UK deliveries arrive within 48-72 hours of you paying for your order. You should allow between 14 and 21 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes they are. Our payment service provider RBS WorldPay is a secure site used worldwide.
Can I receive an order quickly in time for a Birthday or Christmas?
Yes. Simply contact us us just before you place your order and ask us for our Urgent Delivery options, such as Special Delivery or DHL Courier. Which we can provide at an extra cost.
