Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Paypal payments wordwide and Credit / Debit card payments using RBS WorldPay. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. You may also send your credit card information via phone, fax or snail mail. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead. Please call us using the details on our contact us page and we will be happy to assist you.

Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay via Cheque'. If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment using our contact address - your order will be posted after we have received payment from you and it has cleared the bank. Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order. We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

Delivery Schedule

Orders typically take between 3 and 5 days to arrive. If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email or phone at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered or personalised items. Courier delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us for further information.

Returns and Refunds

You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. You are strongly advised to use signed-for (recorded) delivery when returning orders - we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

Customers wishing to return items for exchange or refund must do so at their own cost. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.
